Our daily inventory reflects the realities of island foodservice: predictable staples, seasonal availability, and the volume to keep busy kitchens stocked.

Produce moves quickly. Our cold-chain, daily intake, and inspection process keep product moving from the dock or farm to the truck without sitting. Items are pulled, packed, and loaded the same day they go out, so what arrives in your kitchen looks the way it should.

- Leafy greens and lettuces. Romaine, butter, spring mix, spinach, kale, and specialty varieties for salads and prep.
- Fresh fruit. Citrus, apples, berries, melons, pineapples, mangoes, and tropical fruits as availability allows.

Delivery Across Oahu
We deliver six days a week across Oahu. Standing orders, next-day requests, and weekend deliveries are all part of how we operate. Inter-island shipments can be arranged for accounts on the neighbor islands.

How often do you deliver produce on Oahu?
We run delivery routes across Oahu six days a week, Monday through Saturday. Most accounts settle into a standing schedule, and we can adjust as your needs change.
Do you source from local Hawaii farms?
Yes. We work with local growers across the islands whenever the product, season, and volume align with what our customers need. Local items are flagged on our availability sheets when in season.
Can I get custom pack sizes or special items?
Many items can be packed to your preferred size or specification. For special or non-stock items, talk to your sales contact and we’ll see what we can source.
